What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
We do our best to make sure that our customers are completely happy with our products and service, however should you need to contact us regarding an issue with your order, you can do so by calling us on 02 8006 8864, or emailing us using our online enquiry form.
How can I cancel an order online
You can cancel an order that has not already been despatched by logging in to your account online. For custom orders or if you do not know your account login details, please call us on 02 8006 8864. For full terms of cancellation, refer to our Returns and Cancellations Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, alternatively you can pay using PayPal. If you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque, please contact our sales staff on 02 8006 8864.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, smaller orders can be picked up in store from our Sydney showroom, larger orders can be picked up from our Sydney warehouse. Simply request the pick up option when prompted to enter your delivery address or contact our customer service team on 02 8006 8864.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
For us to ensure that your order is collected by the correct person, we ask you to bring your order/reference number with you, as well as one form of photo ID.
I forgot to add a promotional code to my order, can it still be applied?

Shipping & Delivery
How do I find out if my order has been shipped yet?
As soon as your order has been sent out you will receive an email notifying you of shipment. If you would like to ask one of our customer service team a question regarding your shipment, you can either email them here or call on 02 8006 8864.
Do you deliver to my country?
At this stage we offer shipping to Australia only.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
If you know that you are going to be out at the time of delivery you can notify our customer service team of specific delivery instructions (eg. leave in car port/on the back porch) by writing instructions at the time of placing your order or by calling 02 8006 8864.
If you are not home when delivery takes place and have not prearranged delivery instructions with us, our courier company will leave your order at your front door.
What happens if i don't collect my order?
If you have opted to collect your order and are no longer able to get to our warehouse or showroom to do so, you can arrange for your items to be delivered to you instead. Just give us a call on 02 8006 8864 or email us and one of our friendly team will assist you.
If you don’t collect your order and don’t make alternative arrangements we will, of course, call you to prompt you to do so. However, if we we cannot reach you to do so, after 3 months it is our policy that your items will be placed back into circulation for resale.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery cost and time depends on the products that you are ordering, how many and where you are getting them delivered to.
